I’m here to share with you my two passions and a little bit of my story. Ever since I was seven, I loved rescuing animals—mostly stray dogs. About 15 years ago, when I became aware of the scale of mass food production, I decided to switch to a plant-based lifestyle. This change transformed my health; I realized I was no longer getting the colds, flus, or viruses that many around me experienced.

After further research and becoming a certified vegan nutrition health coach, I made it my mission to create a vegan retreat center combined with animal rescue and an alternative healing center.
